Lynda Sweet is the Secretary of the Department of Biological Sciences at SUNY - Cortland. She has voluteered her time and provided her own funds to help on the project. Lynda spent the summer of 1997 taking a Field Mycology course in order to learn the techniques of preparing field samples for later study. She has now spent many hours collecting tropical basidiomycetes and taking notes on her collections. One particular collection Lynda made from the Caimitillo Trail in El Yunque, #134. a collection of Dichopleuropus?, appears to be an undescribed species.
