- Author: David Alciatore and Michael B. Histand
- Edition: 5th
- ISBN: 9781260048704
- Homework
- Labs
- Course Supplementals
- Practice Exams:
- SPICE, the version we use in class is free and by
Linear Technology
LTSPICE
IV.
- Microcontroller programming software
that is free on varying terms:
- MPLab
X is an IDE for Microchip's PIC, it requires a
compiler to actually program the chip. The compilers XC8, XC16, and
XC32 have free versions that are based on the C language.
- PicBasic
Pro is another compiler option for the MPLab X
IDE. It is a simpler language for programming
microchip's PIC microcontroller. It can be used with
limited functionality for non-commercial
uses, requires registration with company.
- The Arduino
Integrated Development Environment (IDE) which can be
used with the arduino microcontroller. The software
is free for all uses.
-
Safety- some information about the dangers of
electric current.
- DC circuit simulation tool from U Colorado.
- Fourier synthesis tool.
