Mr. Carlos Laboy is a botanist/wildlife biologist/hydrologist working with the Caribbean National Forest in Wildlife Management. He is a superb botanist and has developed a good eye for fungi. His responsibilities demand that he spends a good deal of time in the field, and thus he has brought us many collections that are new reports or previously undescribed species. We are very grateful for his enthusiasm and assistance in providing collections.
