Mr. Andr�s Ferrer is the President of the Fundaci�n Moscoso Puello, a Non-Governmental Organization in the Dominican Republic. Andr�s has a congenial nature, many contacts, and an unbounded enthusiasm for support of natural history research in the Dominican Republic. Andr�s Ferrer, his family, and the Fundaci�n Moscoso Puello have played an indispensable role in clearing our collecting permits, coordinating meetings with other NGO's and government officials, and providing logistical support, transportation and housing in the Dominican Republic. The ease and efficiency of our expeditions in the Dominican Republic are directly attributable to Andr�s' hard work on our behalf, for which we are extremely grateful.
